Although we are not a Weight loss Program, we do try to keep our meals within a healthy range of Portion and Daily Calorie Sizes

All meals arrive with a Nutrition Label and Ingredients.
We cook and prepare your fresh food on demand before your delivery.
You will receive a text message to give you an approx. time window once our driver leaves Fresh 5, and then again when your box has been delivered.
Bendigo and Suburbs, Tuesday Evenings & Wednesday Business Hours delivery,
Castlemaine/Harcourt and everywhere along the way, Wednesday delivery.
Echuca,Moama, Shepparton Kyabram and everywhere in between, Thursday delivery.

We cook and prepare your fresh food on demand before your delivery.
So when you order a Chef's Set Menu, you know that your Fresh Meals have not been sitting on a shelf in a coolroom waiting to be purchased.
There is also the option of a Freezer Pack, they only need to be ordered before 11am the day before delivery day to your area.

Pick Up days are:
Tuesday 3pm - 6pm
Wednesday 8am - 11.30am
Once we have finished packing the meals on your chosen day, we will send you a text message to let you know your meals are ready for collection.
If you can't make it for any reason, just pop us a Text or Call and we will get that sorted for you.
That's easy, order a Freezer Pack to make up for the Two missing days.
All orders close at Midnight on Thursday.
Freezer Pack orders need to be placed before 11am the day before your desired delivery day.

Absolutely We do!!! We love cooking vegetarian meals. Just simply choose the "Vegetarian" option under menu preferences. The Vegetarian menu is right next to our Standard menu.
All meals, without exception, are prepared and cooked at our Commercial Kitchen in East Bendigo.
Our meals are not mass produced, they are cooked by Chef's and plated by hand, then delivered by our Friendly Drivers.
All of our meals are made to order. Because we don't use any added preservatives in any of our cooking, the meals destined for the end of the week come snap frozen to ensure they are as fresh as possible when you eat them.
We do recommend you pop your frozen meals in the fridge the night before to defrost, that way it will lessen the amount of microwave time needed to heat.
All of our meals are cooked using locally sourced ingredients, utilising local businesses and suppliers.
Unfortunately, we don't have a gluten-free menu option.
We are not a Gluten-Free kitchen so cannot guarantee that contamination may occur.
But if you are just avoiding Gluten then you are more than welcome to order Freezer meals all of these have their ingredients listed.
Although we can't cater to any specific dietary requirements, we do offer you the freezer packs as an option, all of the ingredients are listed on each meal, so you can pick and choose as you please.
